ARK remodeling did an amazing job on our shower and bathroom. It was not a standard size walk in shower since it is much larger and a few companies said they could not help us. Jean reviewed all of... our options, was very patient with us and gave us great advice. We went with ARK based on Jean’s overall experience, professionalism and the quality of the materials he uses. His team did an outstanding job of removing the old shower and partial wall and installing the new shower, sliding door and floor. It was a huge effort by his team and resulted in a shower and bathroom that is absolutely stunning. Jean and his team were great in communicating throughout the project and stayed on schedule. Ark remodeling did such a fantastic job on our shower ! We love it. The team was timely and efficient. They told us exactly how long it would take and when they would be there. They did what they... said they would do in the amount of time they told us. They were very helpful with things we weren’t certain about. They made suggestions and were very patient with us. They knew what they were doing. We put off our shower renovation for a couple of years because the price we were quoted by other companies was way out of our budget range. If you are looking for an honest, professional, and knowledgeable company, Ark Remodel is it. After contacting several companies for quotes to install a walk in shower, I chose to go with Ark... because of the personal investment of time and know how from the owner. Jean exudes patient confidence in his company and their ability to get the job done with a professional working knowledge of various products in the market and why they utilize the excellent products they do. Ark was not the cheapest or the most expensive but you get exactly what you pay for. But I strongly believe I got better products for the better price. I am extremely pleased with my new walk in shower. His installation team was top notch, they treated my home with respect, and communication from Jean personally was rapid. You cant always say that with many companies. Jean was patient with my decisions and helped me understand a lot about the process. I am so glad I went with Ark and highly recommend them. I got several estimates before choosing Ark Remodel, and they stood out immediately. They were by far the best value—offering more upgrades and higher-quality materials at a lower cost than the other... companies. The installer was incredibly respectful of our home, laying down cloth sheets to protect the floors and making sure everything was spotless before leaving.
